Workload: full-time
Your responsibilities:
Coating a variety of workpieces, single and serial parts, in manual electroplating operations
Maintaining and servicing production baths and equipment
Ensuring on-time delivery in coordination with production planning
Quality Assurance
Reviewing completed work cards for accuracy and completeness (adding missing information as needed)
Process improvements and corrective actions, including proper documentation
Additional tasks in a management position:
Management of existing teams and professional development of employees
Planning production for the listed departments in collaboration with PPS
Support and implementation of projects
Contact person for chemicals and hazardous materials
Managing wastewater treatment, disposal, and laboratory operations
Reviewing the professional training and continuing training of all subordinate employees
Conducting employee reviews, including performance assessments
Coordinating internal company transport
Sharing responsibility for workplace safety and compliance with regulations
Your profile:
Completed training in electroplating
Several years of experience in surface coating/electroplating required
Strong command of German (Level B1/B2)
Strong social skills and cooperative working style
Ability to identify and drive improvement opportunities

We’re currently looking for a versatile shipping specialist to join us – either right away or by arrangement.
Workload: 80–100%
Your responsibilities:
Loading and unloading transport vehicles, including proper securing of large rollers
Crate and warehouse management
Packing rollers and crates for shipment (including seaworthy packaging)
Supporting internal logistics (warehouse management, material flow, incoming and outgoing goods)
Warehouse assembly work on rollers
Preparing rollers and furnaces for the dehydrogenation process
Collection, analysis, and shipping of grinding water samples
Performing daily routine checks, minor maintenance, and repair tasks on equipment and facilities
Support in facility management: maintenance of building technology and organization and coordination of external service providers
General operational support (disassembly/assembly, floor cleaning)
Inspecting incoming rollers (preparing for the grinding process)
Painting rollers
Coordinating and carrying out internal transports between our two locations
Maintaining and organizing vehicle upkeep
Winter service duties
Your profile:
Completed vocational training in logistics with experience in freight forwarding
Forklift certification and solid driving skills
Experience with loading and unloading trucks
Familiarity with operating overhead cranes
Good command of German
